The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) invites you to consider the numerous opportunities that exist for craft, merchandise, specialty products, information, and food vendors during OGS organized special events in Albany. A variety of programming such as cultural festivals, craft fairs, expos, and special holiday programs are planned throughout the year.
Prospective vendors must complete an event-specific application and return it with payment to the Convention & Cultural Events Office by the return deadline listed on the application in order to be considered for participation.
To become eligible to apply for an event, a completed Vendor Permit Agreement must be returned to OGS, along with all relevant and necessary certificates and documentation. This permit agreement must be renewed annually
