Letter from Ken Kozuch to Mom

Fri 22 Nov [1968]

Hi Mom,

I’M FINE!!! Dig? I Feel like going out with some pretty girl (of 17 or older) to someplace where we can have a few drinks, dinner and Dance, in other words have a good time.

As about the eye, well, the film takes bad pictures. Oh ya, most of the forms of doors, windows, lights etc, if I look at it with my right eye for a while I can make it out. But if I look at a person with my right eye only the only thing I can tell is if they are moving and the sex. The Doc states that it will clear up but it might take a while. Don’t sweat it! Cool it! I’M FINE!!!!!!! I have all my teeth, two good ears, legs and hands etc.! Dig!! My hair was cut it one spot for the operation but it will grow back! Don’t worry about me, I am in damn good health!!

Love,

Ken
