Dear Daddy,
It poured almost all day today. Mom felt sorry for us and took all of us (except David) to “The Sound of Music.” It lasted about two hours. We walked home through all the drips of water from the coconut trees. When we got home Grandma was cooking dinner.
In case you didn’t hear me on the telephone, I got a 100 in Social Studies! It was also the only perfect score in the whole room!
Your loving Daughter,
Jeanne.
