The New York State Office of General Services provides the public with the opportunity to purchase the United States or New York State flag for a nominal fee. 

• Flags are made in the U.S.A. and are 100% Nylon
• Flags have grommets and are suitable for flying outdoors
• U.S. and NYS Flags come in two sizes: 3'x5' and 4'x6'
• Payment by check or money order

The following shipping charges apply:

• 1-5 Flags: Add $7.50

• 6-20 Flags: Add $10.00

• 21-25 Flags: Add $15.00

• 26-30 Flags: Add $20.00

Fly Flags You Are Purchasing:

OGS offers the option of having the flag(s) you purchase flown over the New York State Capitol at no extra charge. Each flag flown over the Capitol is mailed with a certificate for the recipient. If you would like OGS to customize the certificate, please fill out the name(s) in the Flag Order Form. 

Fly Flags You Already Own:

OGS will also arrange to have a flag that you already own flown over the New York State Capitol. Please contact OGS at 518-474-3899 to arrange. Please note, shipping charges will apply. 

Note: Flags cannot be flown on weekends, holidays, or when flags are at half staff. See the current flag directive.
