Free and open to everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. All participants are required to sign a waiver in order to participate. Participants must bring their own exercise mats and towels.

About the Class
Refresh, restore, and rejuvenate with a Pilates session that is suitable for all levels of experience. This class offers students an opportunity to strengthen the body and improve flexibility with an emphasis on core strength. We will go step by step through the individual exercises to learn proper execution, alignment and modifications to suite specific physical needs and coordinate breath to each movement. This series of classes is great for anyone new to Pilates or who wants to brush up on their skills.

About the Class
PHIIT2 is an interval training workout designed to meet participants at their current fitness level and help them elevate to the next level. PHIIT2 is for all fitness levels. The 60-minute workout focuses on full-body movement and includes a warm-up, cool-down, and a lot of fun.
