Free and open to everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. All participants are required to sign a waiver in order to participate. Participants must bring their own exercise mats and towels. Participants are required to follow CDC guidance regarding masks and social distancing.

 

*Please note: Masks are required indoors at this time regardless of vaccination status.

Body Sculpt with Retro Fitness

About the Class

In this fun new class, bodyweight movements, or calisthenics, are all you need to build strength and sculpt your body. Participants will learn the proper form for movements targeting each muscle group.  Bodyweight training includes exercises such as pushups and squats, but it doesn’t end there as this is a full-body workout.  No matter your experience or skill level, this class can work for you. The movements in this class can be modified to accommodate those at all points in their fitness journeys.

 
About the Instructor

Arthur is a coach with Retro Fitness who is motivated by becoming a little better each and every day! Apart from fitness, Arthur's hobbies include playing video games and building computers.

 

Zumba with Anzala

About the Class

Zumba combines cardio, muscle conditioning, and a mix of low & high-intensity dance moves that offer a fun fitness program.  Considered as “exercise in disguise,” Zumba offers a total body workout while dancing to Latin and International rhythms.  Participants will enjoy a calorie-burning workout led by Anzala who is full of energy and will transform the class into a dance party.  All fitness levels are welcome and no experience necessary! 

 

About the Instructor

Anzala Alozie is a licensed Zumba Instructor and active member of the Zumba Instructor Network.  Anzala specializes in Zumba Basic and Zumba Specialty.
