Free and open to everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. All participants are required to sign a waiver in order to participate. Participants must bring their own exercise mats and towels.

About the Class
Refresh, restore, and rejuvenate in a summer flow suitable for all levels of experience. This class offers students a playful, fun, and motivating practice that will help you gain a stronger sense of body awareness and correct alignment. Flows are designed for all levels and more advanced poses are taught in stages so everyone can grow and challenge themselves in a safe way.
Zumba with Anzala
About the Class
Zumba combines cardio, muscle conditioning, and a mix of low & high-intensity dance moves that offer a fun fitness program. Considered as “exercise in disguise,” Zumba offers a total body workout while dancing to Latin and International rhythms. Participants will enjoy a calorie-burning workout led by Anzala who is full of energy and will transform the class into a dance party. All fitness levels are welcome and no experience necessary!
About the Instructor
Anzala Alozie is a licensed Zumba Instructor and active member of the Zumba Instructor Network. Anzala specializes in Zumba Basic and Zumba Specialty.
