Free and Open to the Public
Free and open to everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. All participants are required to sign a waiver in order to participate. Pre-registration is required, unlike previous years no walk-ins are permitted. Participants must bring their own exercise mats and towels. Participants are also required to wear face coverings unless they are on their exercise mats for an outdoor workout and socially distanced from others.

Fall Flow with the Hot Yoga Spot
This flowing yoga class is perfect for people of all levels and experience. Students will grow stronger and more flexible and balanced each week with an instructor who will always offer modifications to make the sessions perfect for everyone.

Bootcamp with Tanny Pro Fitness
High-intensity full body workout classes that will target and tone every muscle. Classes will include some body weight movements and ab-focused exercises. Participants will get fit and have fun while Tanny cheers them on through each fitness experience. All fitness levels are welcome.

All participants will sign and date the sign-in sheet attesting that the answer to the following COVID-19 related screening questions asked is "no." Participants who are unable to answer no to all questions will not be permitted to participate.
