Free and open to everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. All participants are required to sign a waiver in order to participate. Participants must bring their own exercise mats and towels.

About the Classes

Yoga with the Hot Yoga Spot

Refresh, restore and rejuvenate with a yoga flow suitable for all levels.  This is a playful, fun and motivating practice that will help you gain a stronger sense of body awareness.  

 

PHIIT2 with DNA Bodyworx

PHIIT2 is an interval training workout designed to meet participants at their current fitness level and help them elevate to the next level. PHIIT2 is for all fitness levels. The 60-minute workout focuses on full-body movement and includes a warm-up, cool-down, and a lot of fun.
