Several statewide organizations serve the essential needs of AAPI individuals and families, such as providing safety in the face of domestic violence, preventing illness and navigating healthcare systems, or finding services for those with disabilities.
AWAKE, or the Asian Women’s Alliance for Kinship and Equality, is a not-for-profit Rockland County organization dedicated to helping South Asian women and children in abusive situations.

The Korean Community Services of Metropolitan New York, Inc. (KCS) and its Public Health & Research Center help individuals navigate the U.S. health care system, gain a better understanding of disease prevention and management, and partner with educational institutions to research health issues such as dementia and cancer.

The Metropolitan Asian Deaf Association (MADA) advocates for policy changes and builds connections to foster a supportive community for deaf Asian Americans. MADA now serves over 600 members in the greater New York metropolitan area, and in Maryland, Massachusetts, and Virginia.
