American Red Cross Blood Drive | November 28, 2023

The NYS Office of General Services is sponsoring an American Red Cross Blood Drive on November 28, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  This event will take place at the Red Cross Donation Center in the Empire State Plaza Concourse.  

Please consider joining us as each donation counts! Each unit of blood can save up to three people. Blood products collected are delivered to patients in need to local hospitals, we thank you for your continued support.  

Tips for a successful donation:

1. Choose Iron rich foods leading up to your donation.

2. Hydrate! Drink plenty of water starting the day before your donation.

3. Get a good night's sleep to be well rested!

4. Do not skip meals! Eating 2 to 3 hours prior to your donation is key.
