If you have extensive production or décor needs, including producing/broadcasting a webcast or extensive use of exhibit booths, we suggest reaching out to a pre-authorized service provider to help meet those needs. Convention Center staff can provide a list of pre-authorized service providers as a convenience. This list does not constitute or imply the favoring, endorsement, or recommendation of use of any specific vendor.
