The Wallflowers

Part of the mid-90’s revival of roots-rock, the Wallflowers were formed by front-man, Jakob Dylan, whose lyrical influences spanned from Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers to the special connection with his father, the legendary Bob Dylan.  Bringing Down the Horse was released in May 1996, producing the alternative radio hit “6th Avenue Heartache” and later “One Headlight,” earning the Wallflowers 1998 Grammys for Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.
